How to make Tamago (individually-cooked layers of egg)

>> Friday, April 2, 2010

Tamago - a square block of egg. An oxymoron? I'm not sure but it's just so good and while it's primarily used for sushi, it's simply delicious with any meals - salad, poultry, stir-fried noodles, even dessert! How about snacking on thinly-cut slices of tamago just as you would a layer cake! What's not to like?
Here's a v-clip of my hubby - Mr. Sushi and Mr. Photographer making tamago.
