Jen's Cupcakes Quest

I woke up at 2am this morning, couldn't sleep and my mind started concocting
all sorts of flavors for my cupcakes. Talk about Marcus Buckingham's mantra on strengths and passion! I'm so driven! It's barely noon and after being awake for 9 hours, I've developed a list of flavors that I'd like to test in the next month. Here goes:



As I'm blogging, the Orange Ricotta Pound Cake ( and cupcakes) are baking in the oven.
